Growth Raptor is a service brand of Reverock Venture, Howrah, West Bengal, India. Proposals, agreements and invoices identify Reverock Venture as the supplier.

Information and enquiries

This website describes the support we may provide. An enquiry is a request to discuss work, not acceptance of a service contract. Availability, fees, timeframes and deliverables are confirmed after an account review.

A written scope before work

Your proposal and service agreement define the platforms, SKU and variant counts, task limits, working hours, responsibilities, approvals, fees and applicable taxes. Payment, cancellation, refund and handover arrangements are set out in that agreement. Existing clients remain governed by their own agreements.

Ownership and responsibilities

Sellers retain ownership of their marketplace accounts and receive marketplace payouts. Access must use the platform’s supported authorisation methods. Sellers provide accurate product information, valid permissions and documents, stock inputs and timely approvals. Fulfilment and other work remain with the seller unless expressly agreed.

Outcomes and outside costs

Sales, rankings, approvals and reinstatements are not guaranteed. Marketplace decisions and business performance depend on several factors beyond our work. Advertising spend, platform charges, photography, sourcing, fulfilment, tax filing and legal advice are separate unless expressly included.

Client snapshots show the source, period and limitations alongside each figure. They are not a promise of future results. Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Growth Raptor provides independent seller services and does not claim official affiliation with these marketplaces.
