Enquiries

The contact form collects your name, business email, optional business name and phone number, marketplace, requested service and message. We use these details to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible engagement and keep a record of the request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Enquiries are processed and stored using Cloudflare’s website and database services. Access is limited to authorised business administrators through the hosting account. We do not provide a public directory of enquiries. Our retention target for this enquiry system is 90 days. Records older than 90 days are removed when a new valid enquiry is processed; periods without enquiries may delay removal. You can also request deletion by email. If you become a client, agreed service and business records are handled separately for the engagement and applicable recordkeeping needs.

Technical protection

Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. To limit form abuse, the enquiry service uses a short-lived daily hash derived from the network address, request timing and a hidden form field. We do not store the raw network address in the enquiries database.

Optional Meta tracking

Meta Pixel is off until you allow optional tracking. If allowed, Meta may receive browser and device information, IP address, page address, PageView events and contact-click events for marketing measurement. We do not pass enquiry form values, names, email addresses or message text to the Pixel. Automatic advanced matching is off. ContactClick measures a click, not a completed message or sale.

Your tracking choice is saved in this browser. You can decline and continue using the website, or change your choice below. Withdrawal stops further tracking commands from this site; it does not remove data already received by Meta or automatically delete cookies Meta has set. You can manage cookies in your browser.

WhatsApp and other links

If you choose WhatsApp, email, social links or other external services, those services process information under their own policies. We do not automatically send your form message to WhatsApp.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing the address above. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you and retain records where required for legitimate business or legal obligations. Avoid sending passwords, customer records, payment details or identity documents in your initial enquiry.
